Hi everyone.

I'm currently developing a line of shirts by a geek and for geeks and geeekette's. Otakugear originally started off catering only to those who were studying Japenese; hence the name "Otaku", which is more or less "geek" in Japanese. The first shirt was to be the kana, Hiragana and then the Katakana. I considered making future shirts for radicals, Korean and didn't think about it much beyond that.

But as i spoke to some friends, it became clear that Otaku were to be found in other forms of geekdom. So in the spirit of geeks of all sorts, i present to you the first in a series of Otakugear shirts and would like to hear your suggestions for possible future designs.

Thus far, I'd like to make shirts for :

• the Hiragana, along with spelling and grammar tips.
• the Katakana, along with spelling and grammar tips.
• the Periodic Table of Elements
• Basic Engineering symbols

As you may guess, there're a lot of other types of geekdom to explore. Depending on the sales of the initial run of shirts [ right now, the only run i have are for the Hiragana ], i'll be developing more.
